Delivery Locations
We currently ship to customer addresses within the United Kingdom. Our entire product catalog is available for delivery under this policy.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
Handling Time
Once an order is placed, our handling time is between 0 and 1 business day, fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Transit Time
After an order has been dispatched, standard transit time to all destinations within the UK is between 3 and 4 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required. All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£).
