Cardiostrong BX30 Upright Exercise Bike

Make staying active at home easier with the cardiostrong BX30 Upright Exercise Bike. With its comfortable design, quiet operation and range of training options, it's a practical choice for everyday indoor cycling. Whether you're getting started with exercise or looking to maintain your fitness, the BX30 makes it easy to fit a workout into your daily routine.

Find Your Most Comfortable Riding Position

Everyone has different preferences when it comes to cycling comfort. That's why the BX30 features a saddle with nine height settings and adjustable forward and backward positioning. You can also change the handlebar angle to find a position that feels right for you, helping you settle in comfortably for both short rides and longer sessions.

Enjoy Smooth and Quiet Performance

The 9 kg flywheel works alongside the electronic magnetic braking system to provide a smooth, steady pedalling motion. The quiet resistance mechanism makes this bike particularly suitable for home use, so you can exercise while others relax, work or watch TV.

Plenty of Workouts to Choose From

If you like to mix things up, the BX30 offers 19 training programmes to keep your workouts interesting. These include 12 preset sessions, heart-rate-controlled programmes, a custom workout and a watt-controlled mode. You can choose a programme that suits your current ability and adjust your training as your fitness improves.

See How You're Progressing

The clear, user-friendly display keeps your workout information easy to follow. Check your speed, distance, training time, calories burned and heart rate while you cycle. A body fat measurement function is also included. With storage for up to four user profiles, the BX30 works well for households where several people share the same bike.

A Solid Choice for Home Fitness

Built for regular use, the cardiostrong BX30 features a sturdy frame with a maximum user weight capacity of 130 kg. Its dependable construction, comfortable saddle and secure pedal design make it well suited to a consistent home exercise routine.

Practical Details That Make a Difference

The pedals feature toe clips and adjustable straps to help keep your feet in place as you ride. When you need to free up some space, the integrated transport wheels make moving the bike much more convenient. You can also monitor your pulse using the built-in hand sensors or connect a compatible chest strap, sold separately, for wireless heart rate monitoring.
