NordicTrack RW900 Rower

Make every workout count with the NordicTrack RW900 Rower, a premium rowing machine designed to combine full-body training, quiet performance and interactive fitness technology. With 26 levels of Silent Magnetic Resistance™, an inertia-enhanced flywheel and a large 24-inch HD touchscreen, it offers the flexibility to enjoy everything from gentle recovery sessions to challenging interval workouts. Its ergonomic design and connected training features make it a versatile addition to your home gym.

Full-Body Training with Every Stroke

Rowing brings multiple muscle groups together in one coordinated movement. Your legs, core, arms, shoulders and back all contribute to each stroke, helping you build cardiovascular endurance and muscular fitness. The smooth, low-impact motion makes rowing an appealing option for regular exercise without the repetitive impact associated with activities such as running.

26 Levels of Quiet Magnetic Resistance

The RW900 uses Silent Magnetic Resistance™ to deliver controlled, consistent resistance across 26 levels. Whether you prefer a relaxed pace or a demanding training session, you can choose an intensity that suits your needs. The inertia-enhanced flywheel supports a fluid rowing action, helping each pull feel smooth and natural. When training through compatible iFIT sessions, resistance can also adjust automatically, subject to the required membership.

24-Inch HD Touchscreen for Interactive Workouts

The large 24-inch HD touchscreen tilts and pivots to give you a comfortable viewing angle while rowing. When you want to exercise away from the machine, adjust the screen to follow suitable off-rower workouts, including strength and yoga sessions. The display adds flexibility to your training space and makes it easier to switch between different types of exercise.

Explore Thousands of iFIT Workouts

With an iFIT Pro Membership, you can access a library of more than 10,000 workouts led by experienced trainers, professional rowers and Olympic athletes. Explore sessions filmed on rivers and open water around the world, or follow structured workouts designed to keep your routine varied.

SmartAdjust™ can adapt workout intensity according to your performance and fitness level, while the AI Coach helps organise your training schedule and maintain consistency. Compatible activity synchronisation with Strava, Garmin Connect and Apple Health is also available with the required iFIT Pro Membership. Membership is required for the advertised connected training features and streaming content.

Comfortable Design for Longer Sessions

The RW900 is designed to support a comfortable rowing position. Its moulded ergonomic seat moves along an oversized aluminium rail, providing a stable track throughout each stroke. The soft-touch handle offers a comfortable grip, while the oversized pivoting pedals and adjustable nylon straps help keep your feet secure as you row.

Entertainment and Everyday Convenience

Enjoy clear audio through the integrated dual 2-inch speakers or connect compatible Bluetooth headphones for a more personal listening experience. A USB-C port provides convenient charging connectivity, and built-in transport wheels make it easier to reposition the machine around your home gym.

Built for Your Home Gym

With its substantial frame and carefully designed rowing components, the NordicTrack RW900 is made for regular home training. It supports a maximum user weight of 136 kg and measures approximately 203.2 cm long, 55.4 cm wide and 133.8 cm high when assembled.
