A Complete 25-Minute Session

Warm-up  5 minutes

Bodyweight squats, arm circles and light halo rotations holding the weight close to your chest.

3 rounds of 15 two-handed swings, 12 goblet squats, 10 single-arm rows per side and 10 overhead presses per side.

Finisher  5 minutes

Alternate 30 seconds of suitcase carries with 30 seconds of Russian twists until the time is up.

Is 10kg Right for You?

10kg is an excellent working weight for anyone with some training experience. It gives real resistance for swings, squats and deadlifts, while remaining manageable for single-arm rows and presses. If you are completely new to kettlebell training, you may prefer to start lighter and build up to this weight.
